Joe Bacci from Romeo bagged his 8 point in Lincoln Michigan! This deer was taken at Lost Lake Woods Club in Lincoln MI. It was a rainy morning. The forecast was originally supposed to stop at 7 am, but it was 7:42 and it was still raining. Checked the forecast and it was now it was supposed to stop at 9 am. Figured I’d sit for a bit longer and then call it a day. I stood in my saddle and a few minutes later this guy walked up behind me. He caught my ground scent and started to trot straight away from me. I grabbed my bow real quick and pulled back. I got him in my sight and grunted at him. He snapped around and a beautiful broadside shot was taken. Second deer of the season. Second archery deer ever. Amazing season for me and I’m happy to get back into the woods more often.
