The 12th Annual Tawas Turkey Trot 5k Run/Walk will be held Friday, November 23rd. Start is at the East Tawas Community Center on Newman Street at 4pm, finish is at Newman and Westover, downtown East Tawas before the start of the parade. A free Little Turkey Trot will be held before the 5k. Entry fee is $25 with medals to the top male and female in each age group. Proceeds benefit the Tawas Area Cross Country Team.
