Saganing Traditional Pow Wow

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

 

Saturday, June 25th 11am-Dusk

Sunday, June 26th 11am-Dusk

 

Grand Entry at 1pm each day at the Pow Wow Reservation Grounds, next to Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on Worth Road in Standish. Native traders and food vendors and rustic camping available. Daily entry $3, weekend pass $5, kids $1.

Alcona Regional Farm Conference

The Alcona Regional Farm Conference "Growing For Profit In Northeast Michigan" will be held Saturday, February 10th, 8am-5pm, at Lost Lake Woods Club in Lincoln. Registration at 8am, Keynote Presentation at 9am, Breakout Sessions at 10:15am & 2:15-4pm, Lunch at noon, Trade Show Open 1-4pm, Panel Discussion 1-2pm. Hale Gun & Knife Show

THE HALE GUN AND KNIFE SHOW WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10TH, 9AM-3PM, AT THE PLAINFIELD RESOURCE CENTER, NEXT TO THE FIREHOUSE ON M-65 IN HALE. DEALERS WILL BE BUYING, SELLING AND TRADING GUNS, KNIVES AND MORE. ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

Oscoda Red Cross Blood Drive

"Somewhere in Time" Valentine Dinner & Dance Extra

From 6:00PM to 10:00PM

Oscoda American Legion Post 274 host "Somewhere in Time" Feb 10. in the Large Hall. Cocktails start at 6PM Dinner is catered by Debbie Wiltse and live music provided by The Baytown Big Band. Tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased at the Post Social Room. This event is open to the PUBLIC - There is a limited number of tickets being sold and proceeds will go to the American Legion Building fund.
