Saganing Traditional Pow Wow

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

 

Saturday, June 25th 11am-Dusk

Sunday, June 26th 11am-Dusk

 

Grand Entry at 1pm each day at the Pow Wow Reservation Grounds, next to Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on Worth Road in Standish. Native traders and food vendors and rustic camping available. Daily entry $3, weekend pass $5, kids $1.

4-H Archery Club Sign Up

From 6:00PM to 7:00PM

Who: Youth ages 9-19 as of Jaunuary 1, 2018 When: Wednesdays, starting January 17, at 6:00 p.m. Where: Plainfield Township Hall, 220 W Washington St., Hale Cost: $20 fee to join 4-H plus a $5 club fee The Splitting Arrows Archery Club is enrolling youth for the 2018 year. Sign-up online at https://mi4honline.com prior to the January 17 meeting. Those without computer access can register at the MSU Extension Office, their local library, or if necessary a the January 17 meeting. A parent must attend the sign up to fill out the paperwork and pay fees and meet the leaders to determine skill level. Equipment is provided by 4-H.
