Public Welcome Come join us, The Iosco County Veterans Recognition Plaza cordially invites everyone to our dedication of the "War Dead" Memorial on Veteran's Day, Sunday, November 11, 2012 @ 2:00 PM at the Veterans Park located on the corner of US-23 & Matthews St. in Tawas City. Come help us honor our "Fallen Heroes" of Iosco Co. We have 59 names of veterans (from the Civl War forward) that will be engraved on a large piece of black granite stone.
