The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe will celebrate the Grand Opening of Mt. Pleasant Soaring Eagle Casino's new features. The state of the art poker room and the comfortably enclosed non-smoking gaming area are currently open. "Ascend" the sports bar and nightclub Grand Opening is Friday, August 31st 3pm, for the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal community, then it will be open to the general public Sunday, September 2nd.

Pre-party kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and includes games and activities for children with the movie beginning at dusk. The pre-party for Moana will include hulu dancing, field games and more! Blankets and lawn chairs welcome. Admission is free and the first 1,000 guests will receive a voucher for a free popcorn, candy & soda/water combo.
