The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

 

Saturday, June 25th 11am-Dusk

Sunday, June 26th 11am-Dusk

 

Grand Entry at 1pm each day at the Pow Wow Reservation Grounds, next to Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on Worth Road in Standish. Native traders and food vendors and rustic camping available. Daily entry $3, weekend pass $5, kids $1.

Tawas Point Lighthouse Tours

From 12:00PM to 4:00PM

Tuesdays in June, July, August from noon to 4pm lighthouse tours will be given by members of the Friends of Tawas Point State Park and Lighthouse. Donations will be accepted and appreciated. Thurs - Mon scheduled aft tours are $5 adults, $2 children. The lighthouse is closed on Wed.
