The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

The Iosco 4-H Cookies and Canvas Fundraiser takes place on Wednesday, May 9 from 6:30 -8:30 p.m. at the Eagle Pointe Plaza Art Room in Hale. Cost is $40 per person. Registration fee includes art suplies, refreshments, a painting to take home at the end of the night and space for one child ($5.00 for each additional child) to enjoy the evening decorating cookies and making crafts with 4-H Teen Leaders. All profits will be used to help send local 4-H members to Summer Camp and Exploration Days. Call 362-3449 by May 4 to register for this event. Space is limited to 30 participants.
