Saganing Traditional Pow Wow

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

 

Saturday, June 25th 11am-Dusk

Sunday, June 26th 11am-Dusk

 

Grand Entry at 1pm each day at the Pow Wow Reservation Grounds, next to Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on Worth Road in Standish. Native traders and food vendors and rustic camping available. Daily entry $3, weekend pass $5, kids $1.

Plainfield Townshiship Library Used Book Sale

Please note, The event is all day Thursday & Friday the event closes early on Saturday at noon. The Friends and of the Plainfield Township Library are sponsoring a used Book Sale to be held at the Plainfield Township Resource Center on M-65 in Hale on August 9 to the 12. The Sale will open Wednesday August 9th at 9:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Thursday August 10th and Friday August 11th 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Saturday August 12th 9:00 A.M. to noon All Proceeds benefit the Plainfield Township Library in Hale.
