Saganing Traditional Pow Wow

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

 

Saturday, June 25th 11am-Dusk

Sunday, June 26th 11am-Dusk

 

Grand Entry at 1pm each day at the Pow Wow Reservation Grounds, next to Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on Worth Road in Standish. Native traders and food vendors and rustic camping available. Daily entry $3, weekend pass $5, kids $1.

SUNRISE SIDE LIFELONG LEARNING PRESENTS "MICHIGAN HISTORICAL ODDITIES AND RARITIES" WITH RON RADEMACHER AT THE TAWAS BAY BEACH RESORT ON U.S. 23 IN EAST TAWAS. THE SLIDE SHOW PRESENTATION INCLUDES RARE OR UNEXPLAINED ARTIFACTS IN SMALL TOWNS OF MICHIGAN. THE PROGRAM IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

A.D.: The Bible Continues 12 Week Study from Acts

Each Wednesday night, April 1 through June 17, In His Presence Hale Assembly of God will be hosting a 12 week study from the book of Acts as a companion to the "A.D." Television Mini-Series being shown on NBC on Sunday nights beginning Easter Sunday. Lessons and discussions will be held each week to learn more about how the stories you're watching in the mini-series apply to your life and faith today. In His Presence Hale Assembly of God is located at 3716 N. M-65 in Hale. All are welcomed to attend.
