Saganing Traditional Pow Wow

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

 

Saturday, June 25th 11am-Dusk

Sunday, June 26th 11am-Dusk

 

Grand Entry at 1pm each day at the Pow Wow Reservation Grounds, next to Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on Worth Road in Standish. Native traders and food vendors and rustic camping available. Daily entry $3, weekend pass $5, kids $1.

3rd Annual Guns N' Hoses Softball game

Saturday, August 9at 3:30pm Deep River Township Hall 525 E State St, Sterling, Michigan 48659 Be sure to save the date and we will see YOU at the Deep River Township Ball Diamonds on August for some smoking softball! More information to come... Admission is FREE! There will be hotdogs, fixings and drinks available for a donation and a free-will donation bake sale. Proceeds raised at the event will go to the charity/program of each team's choosing. Details coming soon on what programs each team will choose. Be sure to stick around after the Championship Game for Fireworks in the Park! TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE: Playoff Game • Playoff games begin at 3:30 pm. • Teams will pair up and have 1 hour to play.
