No matter what your level of comfort with computers "Computer Basics 101" is designed to help you get the basic questions answered. The session is designed with the basic user in mind, someone who wants to learn more about computers, but may have been afraid to ask until now. This course is separated into understanding the basics:rnParts of a computer, Setting up a Safe Work Area, Surfing the "net", Obtaining an email account and sending Email, and how to find word processing on a computer. The Wings of Wellness Bereavement Support Group is for individuals experiencing the death of a significant person in their life. The sessions will be held in the Inspirational Room at Hospice Angelic Care, located at 314 M-55, Tawas City, MI on Thursday: March 13, 20, & 27 and April 3, 10 & 17, 2014. The six week session will provide information and support to adults who have experienced a loss. At each session, members will receive information about normal grief responses and practical tools to help support the bereaved through the grief journey. The sessions will be facilitated by Lacey Selman, a licensed social worker trained in bereavement counseling and support. Registration is required.
