PNC Bank in collaboration with the Iosco Poverty Reduction Coalition will teach community members how to stretch dollars by helping set up a personal budget to meet individual needs on Wednesday, October 3, from 12 noon - 2 pm, at the Oscoda Methodist Church, River Road, Oscoda.
